American Indian friends call it a Power Place. Visitors call it spiritually nourishing.
We are blessed to call it home...
After 10 years of providing educational tours and sharing the Bison and our land at
BisonRidge Ranch, we have decided that it just isnt enough. It is only natural that
we share the treasure of our beautiful, newly renovated Victorian home so that others can
experience the serenity and healing quality of BisonRidge Ranch.
Set near the shores of historical Buffalo Lake, in beautiful
Marquette County, Wisconsin, BisonRidge Ranch boasts 1100 acres of rich
pastureland, woods and wetlands. Bison grazing on chemical-free
grasses share their habitat with countless species of wildlife including
deer, wild turkeys, Bald Eagles and Sandhill Cranes.
In 1938, archaeologists discovered over 80 Native American burial and effigy
mounds on the original "Neale Farm". Today, these sacred places are
hidden in the growth of our fields and forests.
Can you imagine treating your group to something as magical as waking up
to see a herd of Bison outside their window? Walk the woodland trails and let the peaceful
atmosphere of BisonRidge Ranch encourage your mind and spirit to open, learn and heal.
